This year, we had a family theme for costumes. Evan was a dragon. Caden was Sir Caden, the Good Knight. I was Princess Mommy (I tried to be a Queen, but Caden insisted that I was a Princess), and Brett was King Daddy. Brett carved the boys' pumpkins. Caden picked Superman and Evan is crazy about Thomas the Tank Engine. For Halloween, we always do the Trunk or Treat in the church parking lot. This year, we had to provide enough candy for 250+ kids. It's a great event for my little ones because you get a lot of candy in about 1/2 hour! Yippy!

What a cute family! Caden looks ready to defend his princess at all costs, but I don't think the dragon was posing any danger. :)
It's fun when families use a theme. A family in my ward came to our Trunk or Treat as the "Incredibles."
We did a family theme one year. Well, sort of. Ashley was a cow and Katie was a kitten (who was 4 months old) and we gave her a fiddle. So Joel wore a dish and I wore a spoon and went as a nursery rhyme.
Katie says, "I wanna see Uncle Bwett! Where's Uncle Bwett?" Cute costumes.
I agree Katie ... where is "Booku"? (our version of "Uncle Bwett")
